Volunteer Update
We have almost filled our volunteer roles for Beyond the Border Festival 2023. We will be closing applications at the end of March.
We may have some limited opportunities for specific roles that we may open between now and the festival
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people looking for an exciting challenge as we work together to deliver our first full festival at our new site at National Trust Dinefwr in Llandeilo.
If you’re interested in being part of the team that transports it’s audiences into the magical world of storytelling at Dinefwr we have roles available that require different levels of skills and experience. The main quality we’re looking for is excitement to be part of the team that delivers Beyond the Border – Wales’ International Storytelling Festival in 2023.
Volunteers will receive a weekend pass to the festival, free campsite pitch and food tokens.
Volunteers will typically be allocated 3 shifts of between 3-5 hours in length over the weekend.
If there is a particular area of delivering a festival which interests you, marketing or box office, technical or design, site management or artist liaison, we also have lots of volunteer roles available that offer a chance to develop skills in working at a festival. We are also very happy to talk about chances to work as part of our core team in the build to the festival to
gain experience and training specific to working on the largest storytelling festival in Wales and the UK.
